Hostfully runs two connected products: a property management platform and the digital guidebooks that made its name. The guidebooks, mobile guides covering check-in, house rules, and local recommendations, are used far beyond Hostfully's own PMS customers and remain a low-cost way to upgrade guest experience on any stack. The PMS itself targets small and mid-size professional managers with channel distribution, a unified inbox, upsell tools, and owner reporting, delivered with a service reputation that consistently rates among the friendliest in the category. It is not the deepest operations platform at scale, but the guidebook-plus-PMS combination gives it a distinct identity.
