Smoobu

Smoobu is Berlin-built channel management and PMS for the European small-host market, owned by marketplace group HomeToGo. It covers the essentials cleanly, synchronized calendars across the major OTAs plus European channels US tools neglect, a booking website, guest guide, and unified inbox, at one of the lowest flat prices in the category. Depth is deliberately limited: automation, reporting, and trust accounting stay basic. That makes Smoobu less a competitor to Guesty than an alternative to spreadsheets, and for the hundreds of thousands of European hosts running one to ten units, that is precisely the job to be done.
