Rategenie

Rategenie is the dynamic pricing arm of the Tokeet suite, and its economics only fully make sense inside that ecosystem. As a standalone it reprices nightly across channels with rule layers comparable to mid-tier competitors, but bundled with Tokeet's PMS, Automata automation, and Signature e-sign tools it forms one of the cheapest complete stacks in the industry. That bundling is both its pitch and its limitation: hosts committed to another PMS rarely choose Rategenie alone. For Tokeet users it is close to a default add-on, applying rates across Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct channels automatically.
