Vikey

Vikey is Italy's self check-in specialist, pairing remote door-opening hardware for intercoms and locks with the compliance workflow Italian hosts cannot skip: automated guest ID collection and police reporting, plus city tax handling. That regulatory integration is the moat, generic smart locks open doors, but Vikey closes the legal loop that Italian and increasingly other European jurisdictions demand. For hosts in Italy's apartment-heavy rental stock, where building intercoms rather than American deadbolts guard the door, its intercom-native hardware fits reality better than imported solutions.
